APBCoffee x MINO ARTSPACE: Mental Health & Beyond

Mental Health for Creative Freelancers

As a creative freelancer, you often encounter difficult situations and setbacks. You have to deal with rejection or opposition, may worry about financial security, work alone without the support of colleagues, and are responsible for setting your own boundaries. Creatives with an ethnically diverse background encounter additional challenges in our industry.

Add the aftermath of COVID-19, a dash of imposter syndrome and the rat race of social media to the mix, and this intro will almost send you into an existential crisis. Luckily, there are also many advantages to freelance life!

During this APBCoffee in collaboration with MINO ARTSPACE, we will delve deeper into mental health for creative freelancers and how to create resilience, overcome obstacles, and maintain a good work-life balance. In a panel discussion led by moderator Kriticos, creatives and experts will share their experiences, insights, and learnings.

This event will take place in English.
